Kindly ensure that your ward comes to school on time in proper school uniform.
Intimate the school in case of any change in your address, telephone number(s) and email address. This will facilitate school authorities to contact the parents in case of any emergency.
School fees and other dues must be paid by the stipulated date informed in the beginning of the academic year.
Refer to WhatsApp on regular basis for latest updates. Check the diary regularly for entries/circulars from the school.
The diary may also be used by parents for communicating with teachers or school authorities.
Acknowledge all notes sent by the school.
Encourage your ward to do and submit homework on time.
Absence during tests and terminal exams is strongly discouraged.
All students are expected to bring healthy lunch and water bottles.
Parents and guardians are requested to see that boys come to school with their hair properly cut. Girls should have their hair in two plaits with white ribbon.
Students coming in any other dress code for religious purpose is not permitted in the campus.
Parents must attend parent-teacher meetings without fail.
Do not send anyone else to pick/drop your ward without a proper authority letter signed by you and phone confirmation to the school office.
In case your child does not reach back at the scheduled time, contact the school reception.
Lunch bags must be labelled and kept near the reception in the allotted space.
Parents are not permitted to enter the school campus during lunch time. Gold & Silver jewellery must not be worn by the student.
Pupils are responsible for the safety of their own belongings.
Writing or scribbling on walls, dirtying the classroom or damaging school property is forbidden.
